The Pew Research Center just released its 2026 Political Typology, offering a deep look at the coalitions shaping the right and left—along with some lessons for the new media landscape.
The report breaks American adults into nine distinct groups: four on the right, four on the left, and one right in the middle. For our purposes, the four cohorts on the right include:
