✍️ WHAT MATTERS AND WHERE WE’RE GOING…
Nathan’s quick take on where we’re headed…
Legacy media has blind spots. A conservative worldview is often lacking, but the larger knowledge gap is Christianity.
No better example than James Talarico. The Wall Street Journal called the Texas Democrat Senate nominee a “Bible scholar,” and because of his religiously coded language, Politico in 2023 declared him the “Next Big Thing in Texas Politics.”
Following his primary win Tuesday, conservative media voices - Walsh, Gaines, Kelly, and more - have criticized Talarico for his radical views. But what is notable is that the criticism from the right has been more theological than political. Allie Beth Stuckey offered the clearest refutation of Talarico's heretical claims. - NRB
P.S. I touched on this in January when I wrote about how conservative media has become a home for faith-filled listeners.
