✍️ WHAT MATTERS AND WHERE WE’RE GOING…
Nathan’s quick take on where we’re headed…
The conservative media ecosystem won on Tuesday night with Zohran Mamdani's election. Even the rise of AOC did not produce the reaction we have witnessed in the coverage of Mamdani from those on the right.
Mamdani is different. He showed no moderation Tuesday night, believes he has a mandate, and he has shown no sign of slowing his content. He’s an avowed socialist with a soft spot for communism that hangs with the most vile and fringe elements of the left today. Now, he is the mayor of the country’s largest city. The two most notable quotes from his victory speech:
“I am young despite my best efforts to grow older. I am Muslim. I am a Democratic socialist. And most damning of all, I refuse to apologize for any of this.” [X, Fox]
“We will prove that there is no problem too large for government to solve and no concern too small for it to care about.” [X, LibbyEmmons]
Mamdani is now a fixture of the ecosystem, political ads, and the discourse for years to come. - NRB

🎙️ NEW MEDIA VOICES
The Benny Show - 11/5
The Democrats achieved a clean-sweep in off-year elections in New York, Virginia, New Jersey, and California
Benny warns the Democrats have fully metastasized into Marxism, giving Mamdani’s win and Hasan Piker’s praise of the USSR as examples
New York City residents are expected to flee to Florida, just as Californians did during COVID
Benny argues the losses last night were inevitable due to them being blue states, recognizes VP JD Vance’s call for an end to infighting
The Boca Raton mayor is interviewed on how to attract business from blue states with low taxes, rapid population growth in Florida
The Ben Shapiro Show - 11/5
Despite having no true work experience, Marxist Zohran Mamdani will be the next NYC mayor thanks to high turnout of immigrants, progressives, college-educated voters, and women
Mamdani quoted socialists like Eugene Debs in his speech, positioning New York City as a counter to Donald Trump
Both the more moderate Abigail Spanberger and radical Jay Jones were able to secure a victory in Virginia by focusing on attacking Trump
Democrat Mikie Sherrill was also able to win the governor seat in New Jersey through a more moderate approach
Shapiro argues the election shows the success of moderates in blue states, but also reveals the tension of ideological differences among Democrats
The Michael Knowles Show - 11/5
Socialist Zohran Mamdani wins more than 50% of the NYC vote, Jay Jones wins Virginia AG despite calling for violence against Republicans
Mamdani’s victory speech emphasized immigrants over long-time New Yorkers, quoted socialist presidential candidate Eugene Debs
Referencing Chris Rufo, Knowles describes “hyperreal politics” as a meta attempt by figures like Hasan Piker and Nick Fuentes to use the taboo for attention over ideology
Most importantly, last night’s election reveals Democrat voters tolerate violent rhetoric, as seen with the election of Virginia AG Jay Jones
Some small silver linings, per Knowles, include the potential end to the shutdown and Trump’s recognition of Nigerian Christian persecution
The Brett Cooper Show - 11/5
A Los Angeles woman named Trish felt violated by a trans person while naked at a Gold’s Gym locker room
Cooper condemns both the men in the gym remaining silent, and the other women attacking Trish as bigoted
