It hardly needs saying, but many in legacy media still insist on treating former Republican officials as authoritative conservative voices. The worst offenders are those affiliated with The Bulwark and the creeps at the Lincoln Project.
While there is healthy debate over what “conservative media” actually is - a topic I discussed with The Hill this week regarding “alternatives to the alternatives” - it is perfectly clear what it is not.
The first test is simple: if a host urges listeners to vote for a Democrat, they are not airing a conservative show. - NRB
